Unilever
Senior Creative at Symphony Talent agency
Unilever’s sustainability mission is central to its commercial ambition. I helped shape this into their positioning line, ‘A better business. A better world. A better you.’ The idea connected three levels of impact: the business growing responsibly, the world benefiting from that growth, and employees seeing their own careers as part of something bigger, more progressive and more personally meaningful.
‘The Power of U’ campaign – social & digital
‘The Power of U’ told the stories of the people behind Unilever’s brands – showing how their values, passions and ambitions shape the work they do, and the wider impact they create.
I wrote and developed the campaign across social and digital, owning the concept from idea to execution. This included scriptwriting, copywriting, storyboards, piece-to-camera shoots and video treatments. LinkedIn was a key channel here – this campaign helped grow Unilever’s audience to 15m+ followers.

‘Tayyaba is always ready to support her peers. She’s passionate about purposeful work and carries her core values of compassion in her day-to-day role. She drives her team to do better every day by providing them with constant growth and learning opportunities to be future-fit and also motivates them through recognition and engagement.’
‘Since Javier was young, he worked with his father in editorial and web design. Naturally, he developed a passion for it and later began studying Product Design. As a brand designer, he fuses creative insights and various design methods he’s learned along the way. His love for the industry has brought him into Food Design, which focuses on how we create food and as well as what, why and how we eat.’
