‘Tomorrow Starts Today’

For global client Mars, I supported and developed ‘Tomorrow Starts Today’, an employer brand campaign launched across web, social, digital and radio. It tapped into Mars’s belief that the world we want tomorrow starts with how we do business today – reframing grad roles as part of that bigger picture, from Diversity and Inclusion to the company’s wider sustainability ambitions. The campaign won a Mars RAD Award in 2020.

#MarsInsiders campaign

#MarsInsiders was a campaign built on graduate advocacy – designed to shatter stereotypes about life in large FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) corporations by showing authentic, relatable, and dynamic employee experiences.

Associates on the programme from all over the world would share what ‘life at Mars’ is really like – with advice, real stories and real coaching – including 1:1 buddy matching. The centrepiece was a fun, interactive quiz that matched you to the part of the business where you’d thrive, turning a daunting application process into something that felt personal and bespoke.
